Who are we

For over 100 years, Maison Valette has perpetuated its passion for gastronomy and its love for good products. Three generations have succeeded one another, each bringing a touch of modernity, innovation, new recipes but jealously preserving the manufacturing secrets that have made it famous. Its history begins in Saint-Clair, a small picturesque village in the Lot, nestled in Quervy-Périgord. And today, with more than 500 specialties concocted by the expert hands of ou chefs, a whole tradition is set in motion. Recipes unchanged for 60 years and around ten new ones each year, which are a great success with all the gourmets who have tasted them. As or its famous foie gras, its production remains manual, using ancestral methods guaranteeing respect for the product. The foie gras are delicately selected and prepared by hand : grading, uniform color, stripping, seasoning (salt, pepper). They are then molded by hand in tehir jar or tray.
