Located in the northeast of France, between the Rhine and the Vosges mountains, the Alsace region is characterized by its blend of French and German influences, which is reflected in its language, its culture, and - naturally - its cuisine.
Since 2013, the “Savourez l’Alsace” brand helps identify and promote food and wine products made in the region that reflect the quality and know-how of the local agriculture and food and wine industry. It includes more than 4,200 products from over 100 local companies.
In 2026, led by ARIA Alsace, 9 of these producers are joining forces to develop their presence in Germany. Discover them and their products now
