Specialized in black garlic, we offer a natural product with high quality standards thanks to our carefully selected raw material grown by local farmers in South of France, and a rigorous production follow-up. Black garlic brings a unique flavour to your dishes, with a slightly sweet perfume and taste, it is a natural flavour enhancer. Black garlic can also be enjoyed eaten as raw cloves. Use pureed or thinly sliced it will complement salads, pasta dishes, fine fish and seafood. For the sweet tooth, black garlic is the ideal accompaniment to chocolate or citrus fruits. The production of this natural superfood is through a unique steaming and drying process. This process enhances the natural sugars and acids found in white garlic giving it a sweet, molasses like flavour..
