Who are we

L’Etuverie transforms fresh organic garlic from Southwest of France into certified organic black garlic. Specialised in black garlic, we offer a range of natural products with high quality standards thanks to carefully selected raw materials. Our garlic is grown on our farm and in South of France under rigor-ous production monitoring. We are both passionate about the land and we are deeply attached to the culture of our region. We wanted to promote the excellent products from local agriculture, which are too often processed far from the production areas. Black garlic brings a unique flavour to your dishes, with a slightly sweet perfume and taste, it is a natural flavour enhancer. Black garlic can also be enjoyed eaten as raw cloves. Use pureed or thinly sliced it will complement salads, pasta dishes, fine fish and seafood. For the sweet tooth, black garlic is the ideal accompaniment to chocolate or citrus fruits. The production of this natural superfood is through a unique steaming and drying process. This process enhances the natural sugars and acids found in white garlic giving it a sweet, molasses like flavour.. Black garlic is known to have exceptional nutritional properties, rich in vitamins C and B, calcium, zinc, potassium and phosphorus. It helps with cholesterol and blood pressure regulation. It has twice as many antioxidants as fresh garlic, its antibacterial properties boost the immune system.
