Who are we

We are convinced of the benefits of living food and want to promote organic and local vegetables. The production of fermented vegetables will therefore depend on the seasons and the harvests obtained by producers in our region : Nouvelle-Aquitaine in France. Lacto-fermentation, also called lactic fermentation, is an ancestral method of food processing. We propose to you tasty products good for your health.
