Who are we

We are Artisan Pastier (pasta manufacturers). We wanted to use, in the design of our preparations exclusively French flour from ancient wheat or legumes, cereals, from organic or biodynamic agriculture. Why ? Essentially for two reasons: We want to differentiate ourselves from the competition; We want to highlight the nutritional quality of our preparations, our philosophy is to imperatively keep the full taste and nutritional quality of our productions (1). All our productions are made on demand.
