Orecchiette Demeter half-whole rye flour

This 100% vegetable specialty made from half-rye flour is a good source of certain trace elements such as manganese and selenium, two nutrients that play an antioxidant role for the body. It also contains other minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium or certain vitamins of group B. They are certified Demeter (biodynamic agriculture) and made in France.
