THE RECIPE
Ah, risotto... apparently none is ever as good as our mum’s. The rice must cooked just right, the cheese melting, the basil perfectly judged... Our Chef has taken this culinary challenge literally and we’re rather proud of the result.
Why is this organic meal so good ?
Who said children don’t like stronger flavours like goat’s cheese? That’s certainly not the case with our risotto, which is one of our gastronomic best-sellers. But then, it has to be said that our Chef masters this emblematic Italian dish "perfettamente".
Because in this little dish, there are only organic produce, to guarantee your child wholesome, environmentally-friendly products: none of our products has been mistreated with GMOs, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers during its rearing or cultivation.
Because in accordance with current EU legislation , our flexible sachet is free from bisphenol A and phthalates. And above all because it requires much shorter sterilization of the ingredients than conventional baby-food in jars – and that in turn means the flavours are preserved better !
