Whisky Hawkins 8 years old - Cognac Cask Finish
This whisky is carefully crafted from a special blend of wheat, corn and 15% malted barley. It is then aged for 8 years in authentic American casks, and matured in our cellars in French oak barrels previously use for Cognac ageing. The whole is complex, perfectly balanced and subtle, with a remarkable finish.
