Iconic wine of Jura, the Vin Jaune develops its aromatic palette during its aging of more than 6 years in barrels. A dry wine with powerful aromas: walnut, green apple, exotic spices (curry, ginger, saffron...).
The Vin Jaune will match perfectly with a morel crust, snails, poultry in cream sauce or foie gras. It will also go with cheeses.
