VIN DE FRANCE Tango (Orange wine) Vignobles CHON

This orange wine TANGO vintage 2022 is the first skin contact wine from the estate. Made from white wine grapes (Sauvignon gris 50%, chardonnay 50% for TANGO), with a good maturity. The full grapes are fermented for 15 days in tank before pressing the juice, then 2 pumping-over are done per day for a good extraction. With a beautiful golden yellow and orange colour, the nose is complex with peach flavors. The mouth shows a beautiful structure and fine tannins, with aromas of grapefruits and orange peel.
