The terroir of the plain is clayey and silty, with stony loam.
Maceration is short for the fruit and the structure is more tannic. With no additional sulphides.
Red deep colour! The airy nose contains red fruits.
The wine is velvety, rich and flavoursome with structure and melted tannins in the mouth.
