80% merlot 15% malbec 5% petit verdot. Harvest at early morning to prevent oxidation, avoid the use of SO2, this keeps the freshness and protect the aromas of the grapes. Harvest is destemmed 100%. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a maintained temperature of 26°C to extract and keep the fruit aromas. Aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling with ni-trogen to protect the wine and ensure its quality and purity.You will appreciate this natural wine for its intense and refreshing fruitiness.
