Villa Bordeaux Crémant de Bordeaux - Brut Rosé

Villa Bordeaux presents a bright pink color with slight ruby highlights. The nose evokes elegant notes of blackcurrant and candied fruit. The palate is fresh, well-balanced between acidity and sugar. Long lasting and fruity finish on delicate bubbles. 
Surrounded by greenery, pine trees and dunes, the Winter villas of Arcachon are both traditional yet decidedly innovative. The same qualities can be found in this wine. 
Picking by hand are done at perfect maturity. Winemaking follows the strict specifications of the appellation : pressing, first fermentation, taking of foam in the bottle for the second fermentation, aging, riddling, disgorging and drawing. Ageing is  on slats for a few months
