Vignoble Olivier, ORGANIC, Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, 2021

Sustainable viticulture has been practiced at Domaine Olivier for many years. In order to go further in this ecological approach, we have decided to convert part of our vineyard to Organic Viticulture. This conversion currently covers an area of fifty acres. Our first Organic Cuvée is located in the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil area. Our Cabernet Franc are located on sand and gravel soils, producing a fresh and round wine with red fruit aromas.
