Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Maceration between 20 to 30 days. A nice deep and intense ruby colour with violet hints. The nose reveals notes of ripe red fruit (blackcurrant, cherry) and flowers. It is a fine and delicate wine. The attack is round and velvety. To keep a few years in your cellar (up to 5 years). Red meat, poultry, sushi, cheese or simply as an aperitif. Temperature service : 16°-18°C
