Saint Sulpice de Pommier, South-East from Bordeaux in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers area. Manual picking, with vinification in small temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. After the fermentations, the wine is then racked 12 months into French oak barrels. A great fineness, elegance, a mid depth purple colour and very enticing nose of fruit aromas such as cassis, plums and blackberries. The attack is full bodied, with smooth tannins.
