To craft this range, we have selected the best plots for each varietal in order to reach the perfect level of quality and maturity. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from temperate and well-drained terroirs close to the Canal du Midi area. The Syrah is selected from rocky terroirs located close to the Black Mountain. This is the perfect location for the varietal, with hot sunny days and cooler nights at the end of summer. This allows the harvest of highly concentrated Syrah grapes, with great aromatic potential.
