Vinification and maturing :
Vinification is traditional at low temperature, in thermo-regulated vats to keep all the freshness of the aromas.

Tasting notes :
This lovely bright wine boasts a pale-yellow hue with golden tints. The delicate and very fine nose offers up a complex and intense bouquet of white flowers, nicely set off by notes of vanilla. The wine is fresh and elegant on entry to the palate, and then reveals a lovely round and lively character with a spicy finish.

Serving suggestions
Recommended at 14°C. This wine is perfect as an aperitif or paired with white meats or salads.
