VALFLEURI Pâtes d'Alsace Tradition Sundig Spatzle 500g Egg pasta made with 7 fresh free-range eggs

Spätzle are a culinary preparation of pasta from Alsace, they are served on holidays or on Sundays, hence the term "Sundig Spätzle" (which translates to "Sunday pasta").

Like the Nudle, the Spatzle are made following a process representing the craftsmen know-how : the pasta is seized in boiling water, then dried at a low temperature for long periods of time. Their texture and their behaviour in the mouth are harder, more rustic.

As for the rest of the VALFLEURI products, we always use high quality standard raw materials : durum wheat semolina and fresh free-range eggs.

Enjoy them with olive oil or a little butter !
