VALFLEURI Pâtes d'Alsace Tradition Spinning Tops 500g Egg pasta made with 7 fresh free-range eggs
All the VALFLEURI Tradition pasta are extruded, as in former time, through a bronze dye.
This respect of the traditional, former know-how gives the pasta this typical cream yellow color, slightly floured. Their rough surface retains the sauces, while their taste stands out the excellent fresh egg flavour. They will ideally accompany dishes with white meats or with fish like turbot.
As for the rest of the VALFLEURI products, we always use high quality standard raw materials : durum wheat semolina and fresh free-range eggs.
Enjoy them with olive oil or a little butter !
