TERROIR
An exceptional terroir a little secret, rare and nestled at the foot of the Dentelles
de Montmirail. A vineyard away from the crowd but a conquering vintage!
At the foot of the Massif des Dentelles, the soils are clay-limestone. On the
rest of the appellation, the soils are sandy-clay, with pebble banks rolled on the
plateau of the garrigues as well as on the terraces of the Ouvèze.
VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Traditional vinification with a total eraflage. Long cuvaison.
Deletions for better color extraction.
Manual pickling, winding. Meticulous ageing in vats.
TASTING NOTES
A red vacqueyra dominated by red or black fruits, floral such as violet.
The mouth is generous, ample, full. An imposing tannic structure without
being aggressive. A powerful and elegant wine.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
to be enjoyed on a beef paleron with wine and onions, a leg of lamb with
Provençal sauce or a lamb mouse with honey and thyme.
A very pleasant wine also on cheeses and charcuterie.

The service temperature must be between 16°C and 18°C.
