Made with the finest milk from Normandy, France, our butter is soft and supple and benefits from the region's exceptional terroir. The mild and temperate climate of Normandy produces rich, flavorful grass. This biodiversity is found in the milk and results in a butter whose color changes from intense yellow in spring to ivory white in winter.
Our butter is easy to spread, blend and work with. It can be used in cooking and baking, it will allow you to brown your food during cooking and brings a rich taste and tenderness to it. Butter helps to enhance taste and create texture by providing smoothness during baking.
Its roll format offers a nice presentation on the table and allows to make nice slices.

We offer two formats : 250g or 500g unsalted or semi-salted version.
