UBY N°3
Christy Canterbury Sélection - MW
Award : Best Organic White
"This is a fun, unusual and early-drinking white blend that combines the familiar aromatics of Sauvignon Blanc with the fruity influences of Colombard. It's a nice change from a straight Sauvignon Blanc.
This has a dazzling, complex nose with cut grass, grapefruit peel and orange rind leaping out of the glass. The lightly lush core is streaked with glossy glycerol, and the finish feels lightly creamy. Zippy tang gives the moderate body solid lift. Suavely crafted and yet playful and engaging at same time, this is ready to enjoy in the sunshine or paired with sophisticated shellfish dishes." Christy Canterbury - MW
Lively and aromatic.
A very pretty and intense nose of white peach and citrus fruits. A frank and lively attack . In the mouth the wine is pleasant with lemony notes.
Best served chilled . Perfect as an aperitif with tapas or a seafood platter
