Vinification :  
Skin maceration, pneumatic pressing, fermentation at low temperature and maturation on fine lees. 

Distillation : 
At 57% vol. in our traditional single heating still.
Matured in oak barrels from the region.

Tasting notes :
Colour : Amber colour with bright mahogany highlights
Nose :  Notes of citrus fruits and spices
Palate :  Smooth and round with a delicate spicy finish

Tasting advice : 
As an aperitif, on-the-rocks or as a cocktail
