Vinification :
Skin maceration, pneumatic pressing, fermentation at low temperature and maturation on fine lees.
Distillation :
At 57% vol. in our traditional single heating still.
Matured in oak barrels from the region.
Tasting notes :
Colour : Nice amber colour with coppery highlights.
Nose : Aromas of plums, dried grape and roasted almonds. The nose is rich and elegant with woody scents and a subtle vanilla aroma.
Palate : Round, delicate and smooth, with notes of roasted almonds and plum and a long finish with soft spices and roasted coffee.
Tasting advice :
To be savoured on a sweet note, with a black coffee or a cigar
