Tasting Notes:
Pale vellow colour with crystalline reflections. Fresh and
expressive on the nose with exotic fruits and floral notes
The palate is silky and broad. Pineapple and exotic hints
of heros and spice add a beautifully unique signature to
a smooth, integrated finish.

Fish Soup, Pungent Cheese, Grilled Fish and Vegetables
with Herbs.
