Tradition Malbec

Terroir : Clay-limestone

Vinification : in stainless steel vats at low temperature to preserve the fruit of the Malbec. Moderate extraction by pumping over. Matured for 12 months in stainless steel vats and 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes : aromas of crushed strawberries and spices.

The attack is full-bodied, with supple tannins and good density, underpinned by aromas of strawberry and blackberry.
