This bubbly starts off with a reserved nose, but eventually opens to show hints of beeswax, lemon pith, white pepper spice and sliced white bread crust. The palate is elegant and seamlessly lifted with very lovely pure pear and white peach fruit. Light in body, the supremely tiny and delicate bubbles cling to the palate. Made according to the traditional method, this crémant white is aged on laths during a minimum of 15 months.

A fresh and vivid nose with a mix a white flowers, white fleshed fruits (peach and green apple) and citrus aromas.You have then notes of hazelnuts and toasted notes.

It paired well with fishs, poultry dishes or cheese.
