Storage potential: The wine is meant to be enjoyed young. Harvesting: The grapes for Tina Chardonnay Reserve were harvested at night and come from carefully selected vineyards in the south of France. Vinification: During part of the fermentation, which took place at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, the wine was in contact with French oak. The lees were left for as long as possible to obtain the freshness and smoothness of the wine. Lean, mineral-rich soil on the slopes and fatter clay soil on the plains.
