THE BERLINGOT

Berlingots are one of the emblems of the French art of confectionery, and are a product that combines tradition and quality. Berlingots have a distinctive tetrahedral shape. They conjure up images of funfair rides, sunny Sundays, brightly coloured stands selling chamboul'tout or duck fishing, the heady smell of sugar and shared joy. These berlingots are a visual feast for the eyes, with their white stripes, unique pyramid shape and elegant colours that reveal their fruity flavour: lemon, orange, strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, mirabelle plum, apricot... But these little pyramids are as pretty to look at as they are delicious to bite into. They're real little gourmet gems! These sweets are perfect as gifts for guests, in a candy box or in a candy bar. They are a little denser than our other sweets and weigh between 4 and 5g each.
