Deer terrine with black Trumpets and Hazelnuts
Our terrine is made exclusively with wild deer meat from preserved French lands. Wild deer meat is tender, tasty and of incomparable quality, considered to be ‘light’ because it is 25 times less fatty than beef. It is rich in potassium, iron and phosphorus.
The trumpets of death, wild black mushrooms, add an earthy, delicate flavour to the terrine. Their unique aroma and slightly crunchy texture enhance the venison. The hazelnuts add a touch of crunch to the terrine, providing a delicious contrast to the melting texture of the meat. They also add a slight sweetness that perfectly balances the flavours of the terrine.
