"Terres Blanches" - AOP Sancerre - Fournier Père et Fils

Terres Blanches is a ‘late-ripening’ terroir made of thick clay layers (3 to 4m) superimposed over layers of fossilized ‘baby oyster shells’. This terroir is rich in fossils and is located on the western hills of the Sancerre appellation The Terres Blanches terroir gives a strong aromatic concentration, tension and ageing potential to the wines.
