EMOTION SANS SULFITE

Developing a wine with no added sulphites requires impeccable rigour and hygiene. Grape quality is also primordial and the plots chosen have to systematically perfectly healthy. Alcohol fermentation is begun quickly and is extremely well-controlled, as is malolactic fermentation. As soon as the fermentation process is over, the wine is stored at a low temperature and bottled quickly in order to conserve its aromatic freshness.

TASTING NOTES
This wine with no added sulphur reveals a new quality perspective for organically grown grapes. The expressive bouquet reveals notes of black berries and cocoa, and grows more intense on the palate with a dense, velvety texture. By not adding sulphur dioxide, an unexpected aromatic palette appears, along with extremely fine tannins in this highly digestible wine.
