Sylvaner Réserve

Still neglected a few years ago, Sylvaner is now taking its revenge and returning to the forefront, as a top-tier gastronomy wine. Coming from a clay-limestone soil, it is a light and fluid wine. The nose expresses aromas of white flowers, apple and fresh almond. The texture on the palate is light and fluid. It's a simply good wine. This wine goes with most dishes and particularly with seafood (especially oysters), grilled fishes and delicatessen.
