SY RTD Espresso Martini is a short drink made with Cognac and mid-roasted cold brew Moka coffee. He revisits the iconic Goldennight served at Le Syndicat in 2014. It is an intense and complex cocktail where the fruity notes of the half-roasted coffee are supported by the woody and floral notes of Cognac VSOP.
