Sweet Cider - Michel Bréavoine

Our Sweet Cider is made using the same method as our Brut Cider. The varieties are similar, as are the pressing, the working of the must and of the cider in vats. The difference lies in a shorter fermentation time: the sugar content will be higher and the alcohol content lower. Our Sweet Cider can be enjoyed as an aperitif, and goes wonderfully well with any dessert: a sweet crêpe, an apple tartlet... And why not surprise your taste buds with a Sweet Cider sauce to accompany some Saint-Jacques scallops?
