Superfruits: Goji Berry, Barberry
Fleshy and sweet Goji berries
We have selected these goji berries, the ultimate superfruit, on the highlands of Qinghai in Tibet, at an altitude of 3000m. The climatic conditions, the soil and the spring water of the Himalayas make them particularly fleshy and sweet. After harvest, an ingenious and natural process of greenhouses ventilated by the hot winds of these high plateaus makes it possible to obtain berries much softer than with conventional drying in charcoal ovens.
