SUMMUM Vodka has been produced since 2009 and is bottled in a historic
distillery founded in 1814, located in the heart of the historical town of
Cognac, on the banks of the Charente river.
In 2022, we converted the entire range to organic in order to become the
first organic french vodka entirely produced in France: from the wheat, to
the fermentation, distillation and bottling.
In fact, our wheat comes from a single farm and the entire production of
the vodka is within a 40-km radius: ultra-local and traceable to ensure the
very highest quality.
