I.G.P.: Comte Tolosan, white wine of maceration
Wine region: Fronton vineyards, near Toulouse
Nature of the soil: composed of terrace, gravel, "iron grime"
Grapes: 50% Chardonnay 50% Semillon
Vinification: vat, whole bunch, indigene yeast, maceration for several
months, drop wine only.
Ageing: amphora, jar. Assembly at bottling.
Tasting: Stella offers enchanting scents of yellow peach, honey, almond,
toasted notes. Its color is exceptional, golden yellow with shiny
reflections. In the mouth it offers a perfect balance between volume and vivacity.
Food & wine pairing: This warm wine is well pairing to your
aperitifs, your cocktails, your foie gras dishes, your cheeses, sushi.
Advice & Service: serve fresh, around 10°C. This wine is unfiltered wanted to intensify its aromas.
