Grape variety : Merlot Tasting notes : This wine is vinified without addition of sulfur . It offers a cherry red colour with raspberry hues . The nose is intense with notes of black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry. Its complexity is revealed through spicy notes such as Timut pepper and liquorice. The attack is supple with notes of wild stawberries. The smoothness of supple and silky tanins then rappear on the palate. A minty note at the end offers us the elegance of a red wine without added sulfur Food pairing : to be served at room temperature.
