Serpolette 25.6% Vol. is a wild thyme liqueur.

It is produced from wild thyme picked by hand by us and by our herbalist pickers. The harvest of leaves and purple flowers is carried out in summer. It brings more complexity than its cousin thyme with spicy and herbaceous notes. Serpolette can be enjoyed pure as a digestive or in cocktails.

Only 4 ingredients: Water, organic alcohol, a little organic sugar, organic wild thyme and that's it!

In a glass filled with ice cubes:

- 4 cl of SERPOLETTE

- 2 cl of lemon juice

- 1 cl of liquid sugar

- Top with sparkling water
