Semi-cooked duck Foie Gras des Landes
With a melting texture, "semi-cooked" Foie Gras is pasterized and cooked at low temperature.
This type of Foie Gras must be kept cool and taken out of the fridge 10 to 15 minutes before slicing and eating. Available in different flavours of semi-cooked Foie Gras : nature, peppered, smoked or cooked "au torchon" according to a secret recipe !
