Caroline offers a hybrid art form, bridging the gap between gallery pieces and bespoke creations, where each work is a one-of-a-kind, entirely handmade composition. Through meticulous layering techniques, she achieves subtle interactions with light, giving her pieces a dynamic, ever-changing presence. Caroline’s expertise extends to custom projects for architects and designers, where she creates site-specific artworks that seamlessly integrate into their surroundings. Whether developing bespoke murals, large-scale installations, or textile-based compositions, each project is carefully conceived in dialogue with the space. To deepen the connection between her work and its environment, she offers the option of sourcing minerals locally, as seen in her project for Van Cleef & Arpels in New York, where sand from the Hamptons was incorporated into the design. For over 20 years, she has remained committed to an eco-friendly, artisanal approach, exclusively using traditional techniques and natural materials. Her dedication to excellence and innovation in contemporary craftsmanship was recognized with the Grand Prize for Creation in Arts & Crafts from the City of Paris in 2022.
