Who are we

Maison S. Delafont, producer of fine wines from Languedoc and the Cévennes, is committed to an innovative and militant approach to sublimating its terroir. Guided by the principles of permaculture, Samuel Delafont cultivates his vines with utmost respect for the biodiversity. Our production is divided into four distinct ranges: Collection Parcellaire, from our micro-parcels located in IGP Cévennes and Limoux. Libre Cours, Mosaïque and Crus Collection, results of our expertise as wine merchant-grower.
