The “Huître de Normandie”, recognized as a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), highlights the know-how of Norman oyster farmers who take advantage of the particularities of the coastline of their Region to produce this exceptional shellfish. This label guarantees the consumer a high quality, fine or special oyster of Norman origin.
