Who are we

With 25 years of expertise in the field of frozen & dried seafood, AUSTRAL FOOD (GELAUSTRAL group) has specialized in the production and sales of sustainable seafood products ("M.S.C" & "Friend of the Sea" certifications). We co-operate two production sites (Indonesia & Réunion island) and two sales offices (Paris and Réunion) and aim to expand our sales in France, Europe, and internationally with our eco-labeled product ranges : • Wild and sustainable (‘’Friend of the sea’’ certification) prawns : Seatiger Penaeus Monodon & Seawhite Penaeus Indicus - Frozen HOSO, HLSO, PD, PDTO – RAW/COOKED Caught using a passive artisanal fishing method near Bali Island. • Wild and sustainable (‘’MSC’’ certification) french ‘’Légine’’ (Chilean Seabass) : Dissostichus eleginoides - Deepfrozen on board FILETS, SLICES, VDK Caught from French Southern and Antarctic Lands by a state of the art hybrid french polar boat.
