Rhum Martinon, the fruit of 3 years of in-depth research. We abandon the traditional method of maceration in favor of a cooking process, reminiscent of the art of pastry-making, to create Rhums with unique taste sensations. Our fruit juices and cane syrups are homemade. Since 2021, Marc Martinon, creator of this new drink, and his son Malcolm Martinon have been marketing their little nuggets. Sandrine Boucher joined them in January 2024, and the 3 of them are reinventing the art of rum with a unique approach. Our secret? Total mastery of production, from the selection of rum, spices and fruit, to bottling. They cook their rums, fruit juices and cane syrups, exploring molecular modifications for aromatic precision worthy of a pastry chef. Forget traditional maceration: our multi-cooking technique, perfected since 2018, reveals intense flavors, incomparable freshness and a surprising evolution of taste.
