Who are we

Novo Food offers full range of fresh and frozen seafood from the source to your plate. Novo Food s.a.r.l. is a sales and marketing company established in France in 2006, owned by Novo ehf. in Iceland, which is a family owned business involved in fish farming, processing and distribution. Novo Food has grown and flourished since its establishment and now controls a network from the source both for wild and farmed raw material through its processing, own sales and distribution setup. Novo Food works closely with its daughter company Nordvik SAS which operates a logistic centre for fresh fish distribution in Boulogne sur mer. Nordvik also operates an internet shop for sales of fresh fish (nordvik.fr). Boulogne Seafood is our fresh fish value-added plant, specialised in MAP packaging for the retail self-service market and also in MAP packaging for food service and whole sale markets.
