Who are we

Welcome to Carcassonne ! Domaine Saint-Martin is a family estate for 4 generations led by Henri Cases. Wine has been made here since the 18th century. It was in 1919 that the dream of Joseph, Henri's great-grandfather, began! It was then that a whole story through the Domaine Saint-Martin vintages was written. Passionate about the winemaking profession from a young age, Henri Cases took up the torch in 2000. It is on this enchanting land that the family wine estate has developed. The estate is located in the production zone of the IGP Cité de Carcassonne and the IGP Pays d'OC Here, we take care of the clay-limestone soils, we ensure the quality of our wines. As Henri says so well: "Tasting is worth a thousand words."
